摘要
企业管理尤其是强化内部管理、提升经营业绩是企业发展永恒的主题。国际管理学界将对标管理、流程再造和战略联盟列为21世纪的三大管理工具,对标管理是帮助企业改善管理、获得竞争优势和实现管理创新最行之有效的方法之一。文章以云南云景林纸股份有限公司(以下简称“云景林纸”)为对象,对其在对标管理工作中的实践进行探析,并提出了相应的完善措施。
Business management is not only a branch of science but also an art.To achieve the better business performance and the stronger inner management is the eternal theme of enterprise development.Benchmarking management,process reengineering and strategic alliance are regarded as three management tools in the 21st century by the international management community.Benchmarking management is one of the most effective methods for developing enterprises management,competitive advantages and achieving management innovation.Based on the practice of Yunnan Investment Forestry and Pulp Co.,this paper analyzed the application of benchmarking management on the management work,and puts forward the corresponding management measures.
