摘要
针对造纸机电控系统的自动控制要求,介绍了基于新一代可编程计算机控制器(PCC)的高速造纸机电控系统程序设计与应用。主站PCC2005与子站PCC2003之间通过CAN现场总线进行组网通讯,并且运用主站PCC2005串行通讯口RS422通讯方式同SSD591全数字直流调速装置之间构成局域网络以及上位机工控组态软件选用组态王,并与主站PCC2005之间通过串行通讯口RS232通讯方式实现上位机的监控系统,从而实现了造纸机电控系统的网络控制。
Aiming at the automatic control requirement of paper machine electronic control system,this paper introduces the program design and application of high-speed paper machine electronic control system based on new generation programmable computer controller(PCC).The main station PCC2005 and the sub-station PCC2003 communicate through CAN field bus,and use the main station PCC2005 serial communication port through RS422 communication to form a local network with SSD591 digital DC speed control device and the upper computer industrial control configuration software selection of kingview,and use RS232 communication through serial communication port with main station PCC2005 to realize the supervisory control system.And thus the network control of the paper machine is realized.
