摘要 研究了聚乙烯醇(PVA)在纸张中的应用,通过控制PVA加入状态及其与LSR纤维的配比,研究其对纸张物理性能的影响,同时对所制备的纸张进行二次疏解,并重新进行抄纸,研究二次疏解对纸张性能的影响。研究结果表明:当PVA与LSR纤维配比为1%时,与PVA以溶液形式相比,PVA以纤维状态加入所制备出手抄片的抗张强度提高了47.07%,同时经过二次疏解重新抄纸,与未加PVA纤维的纸张相比,纸张的各项物理性能较优。因此,纸张中加入1%的PVA纤维有利于提升纸张性能,同时还有助于提升废旧纸张二次利用的可行性。 In this paper,the application of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)in the paper was studied.By controlling the adding state of PVA and its ratio with LSR fiber,the influence of PVA on the physical properties of paper was studied.At the same time,the prepared paper was re-thinned,and the paper was re-made to study the influence of the secondary disintergration on the paper’s properties.The results showed that when the ratio of PVA to LSR fiber was 1%,compared with PVA in solution,the tensile strength of the handsheet prepared by adding PVA in the fiber state was increased by 47.07%.At the same time,the paper was reborn after secondary disintergration.Compared with the paper without PVA fiber,the physical properties of the paper were better.Therefore,the addition of 1%PVA fiber in the paper is conducive to improving the paper performance,and also helps to improve the feasibility of secondary disintergration of waste paper.
