摘要
目的:建立同时测定紫蔻丸中柚皮苷、橙皮苷和新橙皮苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法:选择OMNI-C_(18)柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(18∶82)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),柱温为30℃,检测波长为284 nm。结果:柚皮苷、橙皮苷和新橙皮苷分别在13.94~209.10 ng(r=0.9997)、48.22~723.30 ng(r=0.9995)和14.67~220.07 ng(r=0.9998)的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率(n=6)分别为100.51%、102.36%、99.46%。结论:本研究所建立的方法操作简便、结果准确,可用于紫蔻丸的质量控制。
Objective:To establish the HPLC method for simultaneous determination of naringin,hesperidin and neohesperidin in Zikou pills.Methods:The OMNI-C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)column was selected.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution(18∶82).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1).The column temperature was 30℃.The detection wavelength was 284 nm.Results:Naringin,hesperidin and neohesperidin had a good linear relationship with chromatographic peak area in the range of 13.94~209.10 ng(r=0.9997),48.22~723.30 ng(r=0.9995)and 14.67~220.07 ng(r=0.9998)respectively.The average recoveries were 100.51%,102.36%,99.46%,respectively.Conclusion:The method established in this study is simple and accurate,and can be used for quality control of Zikou pills.
