中医外治法治疗肝郁化火型失眠临床应用进展

Clinical Application Progress of External Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Insomnia of Liver Depression Transforming Fire Type

随着现代生活节奏的加快,中国成年人失眠发生率越来越高,且中医辨证分型多为肝郁化火型;临床上采用中医外治法治疗失眠的方法很多,且安全有效。其中针刺治疗是主要的方法,包括不同的针刺治法和特殊意义的腧穴针刺及特殊的针刺方法;除此之外,还有推拿、按摩、刮痧、药枕、刺络放血、药浴及名老中医的经验治疗等。另外,还有中医外治法联合应用,包括头皮针、眼针、舌针配合体针等两种针刺方法并用和针刺与放血拔罐、耳穴、埋线和音乐等其他中医外治法的联合应用以及乐摩疗法、择时耳穴贴压结合五行音乐疗法、任督点穴配合穴位敷贴疗法、走罐并艾灸疗法等其他类型两种中医外治法的联合应用,也得到了空前的发展。故将近10年来中医外治法治疗肝郁化火型失眠的临床研究给予归纳总结。

With the acceleration of the pace of modern life,the incidence of insomnia in Chinese adults is increasing,and the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine is mostly liver depression and fire;there are many ways to treat insomnia with external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,safe and effective.Acupuncture treatment is the main method,including different acupuncture treatment methods,acupoint acupuncture with special significance and special acupuncture methods;In addition,there are massage,scraping,medicine pillow,blood letting by pricking collaterals,medicine bath and the experience of famous old Chinese medicine.In addition,there are joint applications of external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine,including scalp acupuncture,eye acupuncture,tongue acupuncture combined with body acupuncture and other external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine such as acupuncture and cupping,ear acupoints,catgut embedding and music,as well as the joint applications of two other external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine,such as Lemo therapy,selective ear acupoint sticking combined with five element music therapy,Rendu acupoint pointing combined with acupoint application therapy,cupping and moxibustion therapy,it has also achieved unprecedented development.Therefore,the clinical research of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of insomnia of liver depression transforming fire type in recent 10 years is summarized.
