中风病一体化治疗创新模式干预脑梗死急性期临床研究

Clinical Study on the Innovative Model of Integrated Treatment of Stroke in the Intervention of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的研究中风病一体化治疗创新模式干预脑梗死急性期的临床疗效及安全性。方法将100例患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组50例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上予以中风病一体化治疗创新模式进行干预,两组疗程均为14 d。通过美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、日常生活能力量表(BI)、改良Rankin量表(mRS)和中医症状体征评分量表的积分变化,对比两组疗效,记录治疗期间的不良反应。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率(93.4%)高于对照组(74.5%),P<0.05;观察组中医症状体征治疗总有效率(95.8%)高于对照组(76.6%),P<0.05;两组患者不良反应发生率,统计学无显著性差异P>0.05。结论中风病一体化治疗创新模式干预脑梗死急性期可显著改善中风病脑梗死急性期患者神经功能缺损症状,降低残疾,提高患者日常生活能力,疗效安全可靠。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of the innovative model of integrated treatment of stroke in the acute stage of cerebral infarction.Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases).The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the treatment group was intervened with the innovative mode of integrated treatment of stroke on the basis of conventional Western medicine.The course of treatment of both groups was 14 days.Through the integral changes of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),activity of daily living scale(BI),modified Rankin scale(mRS)and TCM symptom and sign score scale,the curative effects of the two groups were compared and the adverse reactions during treatment were recorded.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(93.4%)was higher than that of the control group(74.5%),P<0.05;The total effective rate of TCM symptoms and signs in the observation group(95.8%)was higher than that in the control group(76.6%),P<0.05;There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The innovative model of integrated treatment of stroke can significantly improve the symptoms of neurological deficit,reduce disability and improve the ability of daily living of patients in the acute stage of stroke(cerebral infarction).The curative effect is safe and reliable.
