益糖康治疗2型糖尿病研究进展

Advances in Research of Yitangkang(益糖康)in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

糖尿病已成为临床中危害人类健康的常见慢性病之一。2型糖尿病患者占有绝大比例,其发病机制较为复杂,尚未阐明。中医认为糖尿病属于消渴病范畴,其主要病机为阴津亏损,燥热偏盛,多以清热益气、养阴生津为主要治法。石岩教授推崇“脾虚致消”理论,创新性地以健脾益气、清热养阴、活血化瘀为治法,自拟中药组方益糖康,应用于2型糖尿病的治疗之中。近年来,根据临床试验及基础实验研究总结归纳,益糖康治疗2型糖尿病的作用机制可能与以下几个方面相关:改善糖脂代谢紊乱,改善胰岛β细胞功能,改善胰岛素抵抗,抑制炎症反应,抑制糖异生,调节胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)分泌,抑制氧化应激等。文章对益糖康治疗2型糖尿病的作用机制进行综述,以期为糖尿病的临床治疗提供更多理论与实践依据。

Diabetes has become one of the common chronic diseases that endanger human health in clinical practice.Type 2 diabetes accounts for the vast majority of patients,and its pathogenesis is complex and has not yet been elucidated.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that diabetes belongs to the category of“Xiaoke”.The main pathogenesis of diabetes is the loss of yin and fluid,and the excess of dryness and heat,and the main treatment is clearing heat and tonifying Qi,nourishing Yin and generating Jin.Professor SHI Yan advocates the theory of“spleen deficiency leading to Xiaoke”and innovatively takes invigorating spleen and replenishing Qi,clearing heat and nourishing Yin,activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis as the treatment method,and self-proposed the traditional Chinese medicine formula Yitangkang(益糖康),which is applied in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.In recent years,according to the summary of clinical trials and basic experimental studies,the mechanism of action of Yitangkang in the treatment of type 2 diabetes may be related to the following aspects:improving glucose and lipid metabolism disorders,improving isletβ-cell function,improving insulin resistance,and inhibiting inflammatory responses,inhibiting gluconeogenesis,regulating glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1)secretion,inhibiting oxidative stress,etc.This article reviews the mechanism of action of Yitangkang in the treatment of type 2 diabetes,in order to provide more theoretical and practical basis for the clinical application of Yitangkang.
