Meta Analysis of the Effect of Acupuncture at Fengchi(GB20)on Depression

目的系统评价针刺风池穴治疗抑郁的临床疗效。方法采用计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学数据库、万方数据库、Pubmed,检索时间为建库至2022年4月1日,纳入针刺取穴包含风池穴治疗抑郁的随机对照试验研究,采用Cochrane风险偏倚评估工具评价质量,Revman 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入8篇文献,共613例患者;Meta分析结果显示,试验组针刺包含风池穴或合并常规西药能有效提高抑郁治疗的总有效率[RR=1.10,95%CI(1.02,1.18),P=0.01],降低汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)总分[MD=-2.47,95%CI(-3.50,-1.44),P<0.00001],降低HAMD焦虑/躯体化因子评分[MD=-0.82,95%CI(-1.48,-0.16),P=0.02],降低抗抑郁药副反应量表(SERS)评分[MD=-2.61,95%CI(-3.93,-1.29),P=0.0001],疗效优于常规西药治疗,差异有统计学意义。结论针刺取风池穴可有效改善抑郁症状和伴随的焦虑/躯体化症状,但还需要更多高质量、干预措施和评价标准特异性高的研究增强论证强度。

Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Fengchi(GB20)in the treatment of depression.Methods We retrieved CNKI,CBM,WanFang database,PubMed was conducted from the establishment of the database to April 1,2022 by computer.Randomized controlled trials on the treatment of depression collection(RCT)by acupuncture at Fengchi(GB20)were included.We evaluated the quality according to the evaluation of Cochrane risk bias assessment tool,and then we carried out Meta-analysis using RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 8 randomized controlled trials with 613 cases of patients were included.The results of meta-analysis showed that acupuncture at Fengchi(GB20)or combined with conventional Western medicine could effectively improve the total effective rate of depression treatment[RR=1.10,95%C(I 1.02,1.18),P=0.01],reduce the total score of HAMD[MD=-2.47,95%CI(-3.50,-1.44),P<0.00001],reduce the HAMD anxiety/somatization factor score[MD=-0.82,95%CI(-1.48,-0.16),P=0.02],and reduce the SERS score[MD=-2.61,95%CI(-3.93,-1.29),P=0.0001],the difference was statistically significant,acupuncture treatment is better than conventional western medicine treatment.Conclusion Acupuncture at Fengchi(GB20)can effectively alleviate the symptoms of depression and accompanying anxiety/somatization,but more studies with high quality,high specificity of intervention measures and evaluation criteria are needed to strengthen the argumentation.
