基于《黄帝内经》“木曰敷和”理论对动脉粥样硬化性疾病探微

A Probe into Atherosclerotic Diseases Based on the Theory of“Wood Governing Harmony”in Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic

动脉粥样硬化是冠心病、脑梗死、外周血管病多种心脑血管疾病的主要病因,中医学认为动脉粥样硬化是一种本虚标实性疾病,是正气亏虚和病理产物共同作用于人体的结果。以藏象学说为基础,基于《黄帝内经》“木曰敷和”理论论治动脉粥样硬化。以“肝主敷和”调节全身脏腑、气血、阴阳为依据,从肝的生理特点、与脏腑的关系、对气血的调节为出发点阐述动脉粥样硬化的病因病机,探讨由肝失疏泄导致心神失守、气血亏虚、肾精不足等本虚的形成,及痰瘀互结、津停湿聚、六淫毒邪、血脂紊乱等病理产物的堆积引起动脉粥样硬化的过程。同时,以“疏肝理气,调气和血”为基础治疗动脉粥样硬化,本着“标本兼治,治病求本”的原则辨证论治,总结临床治疗经验,强调对患者心理疏导的治疗效果,突出中医药对动脉粥样硬化性疾病的早期预防和延缓疾病进程的治疗优势,并为临床早期治疗动脉粥样硬化提供新的参考靶点。

Atherosclerosis is the main cause of coronary heart disease,cerebral infarction and peripheral vascular disease.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that atherosclerosis is a kind of disease that is deficient in nature,and is a combination of deficiency of righteousness and pathological products effect on the human body.Based on visceral manifestation theory and the theory of“wood governing harmony”in The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic,treatment of atherosclerosis was carried out.Based on the principle of“liver applying harmony”to regulate the viscera,Qi and blood,Yin and Yang of the whole body,from the physiological characteristics of the liver,the relationship with the viscera,and the regulation of Qi and blood as the starting point,the etiology and pathogenesis of atherosclerosis is explained,and the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis is discussed.The process of atherosclerosis caused by the accumulation of pathological products such as the accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis,the accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis,the accumulation of phlegm and dampness accumulation,the accumulation of six evil toxins,and blood lipid disorders.At the same time,the treatment of atherosclerosis is based on“soothing the liver and regulating Qi,regulating Qi and blood”.Based on the principle of“treating both the symptoms and the root,and seeking the root of the disease”,the clinical treatment experience is summarized,and the therapeutic effect of psychological counseling for patients is emphasized.Highlight the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the early prevention of atherosclerotic disease and delay the disease process,and provide a new reference target for the early clinical treatment of atherosclerosis.
