针刺翳风穴为主治疗卒中后吞咽障碍研究进展

Research Progress on Acupuncture at Yifeng(TE17)in the Treatment of Post-stroke Dysphagia

近年来脑卒中的发病率逐年上升,吞咽障碍是脑卒中的常见并发症,显著增加了患者不良预后的风险,极大影响了康复疗效。目前西医对此尚无比较成熟而规范化的治疗措施,研究表明针刺是治疗该病较为有效的疗法,且在临床上广泛运用。翳风穴为治疗卒中后吞咽障碍的要穴,相关临床研究表明针刺翳风穴为主的综合针刺疗法或针刺联合疗法能有效改善卒中后患者的吞咽功能。在查阅文献过程中,作者发现针刺翳风穴单穴治疗卒中后吞咽障碍的临床研究较少,且缺乏对该穴为主治疗卒中后吞咽障碍临床研究的归纳总结与机制剖析。因此,该文试通过检索CNKI、PubMed、Cochrane数据库,就针刺翳风穴为主治疗卒中后吞咽障碍的中西医理论、操作方法以及临床研究做一综述,以期为翳风穴治疗卒中后吞咽障碍的试验研究和临床运用提供一定的参考。

In recent years,the incidence of stroke is increasing year by year.Dysphagia is a common complication of stroke,which significantly increases the risk of poor prognosis and greatly affects rehabilitation effect.At present,there is no mature and standardized treatment for this disease in Western medicine.Studies showed that acupuncture is an effective treatment for post-stroke dysphagia,and it is widely used in clinical practice.Yifeng(TE17)is an important point for the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia.Clinical studies showed that comprehensive acupuncture therapy or combined acupuncture therapy based on Yifeng(TE17)can effectively improve the swallowing function of stroke patients.In the process of literature review,the author found that there were few clinical studies on single point treatment of post-stroke dysphagia at Yifeng(TE17),and there was a lack of summary and mechanism analysis of clinical studies at this point.Therefore,by searching CNKI,PubMed and Cochrane databases,this paper summarizes the theories of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,operation methods and clinical research of puncturing Yifeng(TE17)in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia,in order to provide some reference for experimental research and clinical application of Yifeng(TE17)in the treatment of poststroke dysphagia.
