基于肝、脾、肾三脏探究肠道微生态与帕金森病关系 被引量:2

摘要 帕金森病(parkinson's disease,PD)是目前世界上第二常见的中枢神经退行性疾病,其患病率随年龄增长而增加,我国65岁以上的人群帕金森病的患病率大约是1.7%。其起病隐匿,容易被人忽略。但其发病机制尚不明确,近年来,大量研究发现肠道菌群失调与PD的发生发展紧密相关。而中医作为我国的传统医学,基于其中医脏腑理论,可认为肝、脾、肾三脏虚损为PD的主要致病原因。该文通过分别论述肝、脾、肾三脏与肠道的关系,进而探讨肝、脾、肾三脏虚损引发肠道微生态紊乱与帕金森病的关系,以期为PD从中医肝、脾、肾三脏论治提供理论依据,从而使中医药在治疗PD中更好地发挥作用,以尽量减少西药治疗带来的不良反应。 Parkinson's disease(PD)is the second most common central neurodegenerative disease in the world.The prevalence of PD increases with age,and the prevalence of PD in people over 65 years old in China is about 1.7%.Its onset hidden,easy to be ignored.However,the pathogenesis of PD is still unclear.In recent years,a large number of studies have found that the imbalance of intestinal flora is closely related to the occurrence and development of PD.Based on the theory of viscera in traditional Chinese medicine,deficiency of liver,spleen and kidney can be considered as the main cause of PD.This paper discussed three liver,spleen and kidney and the relationship between intestinal,and then discusses three liver,spleen and kidney deficient causes intestinal microecological disorder and Parkinson's disease,in order to PD from liver,spleen,kidney three dirty differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine to provide theoretical basis for making better play a role in traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of PD,to minimize the side effects of treatment with Western medicine.
