康复新液治疗复发性口腔溃疡临床研究

Clinical Study on Kangfuxin Liquid for Recurrent Oral Ulcer

目的:观察在常规处理措施及锡类散外涂的基础上联合康复新液含漱治疗复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)的临床效果。方法:选取120例ROU患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为联合组与对照组各60例。2组均给予常规处理措施及锡类散外涂治疗,联合组加予康复新液含漱治疗,2组均治疗7 d。于治疗前及治疗3 d、7 d评价口腔溃疡病灶处的疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,测量口腔溃疡面积与溃疡部位周围组织黏膜的充血面积。比较2组的临床疗效。结果:治疗7 d,联合组临床疗效总有效率98.33%,对照组总有效率83.33%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3 d、7 d,2组疼痛VAS评分均呈下降的趋势,溃疡面积、充血面积均呈缩小的趋势,与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组这2个时间点的VAS评分均低于对照组,溃疡面积、充血面积均小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗7 d的VAS评分均较治疗3 d减少,溃疡面积、充血面积均较治疗3 d缩小,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规处理措施及锡类散外涂的基础上加用康复新液含漱治疗ROU疗效可靠,可快速减轻患者口腔溃疡局部的疼痛,加速溃疡面愈合。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the gargle of Kangfuxin Liquid on recurrent oral ulcer(ROU) based on routine treatment measures and external application with Xilei Powder. Methods:A total of 120 ROU patients were selected as the research objects and divided into the combination group and the control group by the random table number method,with 60 cases in each group. The two groups were given routine treatment measures and external application of Xilei Powder,and the combination group was additionally treated with the gargle of Kangfuxin Liquid. The two groups were treated for 7 days. Before treatment and after 3 and 7 days of treatment,the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) for pain of the lesion area of oral ulcer were evaluated,and the ulcer area and congestion area of mucosa around ulcer sites were measured. The clinical effects in both groups were compared. Results: After 7 days of treatment, the total clinical effective rate was 98.33% in the combination group, higher than that of83.33% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). After 3 and 7 days of treatment,there was a trend that the VAS scores were decreased and the ulcer area and congestion area in both groups were reduced when compared with those before treatment, differences being significant(P<0.05);the VAS scores for pain at the above two time points in the combination group were lower than those in the control group respectively,and the ulcer area and congestion area were smaller,differences being significant(P<0.05). After 7 days of treatment, the VAS scores in both groups were decreased when compared with those after 3 days of treatment, and the ulcer area and congestion area were reduced,differences being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Based on routine therapy and external application of Xilei Powder, the gargle of Kangfuxin Liquid has a sound curative effect on ROU, which can quickly mitigate the local pain of oral ulcer and accelerate the recovery of ulcer area.
