发展中国家都市农业的兴起及其启示

Urban agriculture's rise in developing countries and its enlightenment

发展中国家快速城镇化带来了城市移民、贫穷、就业、环境等问题,都市农业因此磅礴兴起。都市农业一定程度上保证了城市贫民与移民的粮食安全、就业岗位、经济收入、生活稳定、营养平衡、身心健康,改善了城市生态环境。文章利用案例分析法研究了非洲、拉丁美洲等发展中国家颁布的都市农业发展政策、启动的各种项目、创新的都市农业耕种方法等。研究发现:国外发展中国家的理论与实践,对中国更具有借鉴意义;都市农业能丰富中国新型城镇化内涵,有利于中国城市移民就业和城市生态环境保护。

Developing countries have been undergoing rapid urbanization,which has resulted in migrants,poverty,unemployment,and environmental problems in the cities.Urban agriculture has to some extent ensured food security,employment opportunities,economic income,life stability,nutritional balance,physical,and mental health of the urban poor and immigrants,and improved the urban ecological environment.This paper used case analysis to study the development policies,various projects,and farming methods innovation of urban agriculture in developing countries such as Africa and Latin America.The research found that the theory and practice of developing countries were very instructive to China.Urban agriculture should be integrated into China's new urbanization,and help China's urban poor and immigrants get rid of poverty and become rich and protect the urban ecological environment.
