From Injustice to Justice—A Way of Thinking about Justice

寻求一种正义的制度与一个正义的公民在方法上体现为一种建构主义的思路。在建立最终的正义制度之前,现实的社会充满了复杂的非正义现象,这些现象恰是我们需要面对并努力消解的对象。对于现实社会来说,尽可能地减少非正义并不必然依赖一个尚在建构的正义制度,习惯、共识、理性与道德可以为减少非正义现象提供依据。如此,我们有必要在努力寻求一种正义制度的同时,花同样多的精力关注非正义现象,从方法上完善当前主要探求正义制度与正义公民的建构主义思路。

Seeking a just system and a just citizen is embodied in constructivism.Before establishing the final justice system,the actual society is full of complex unjust phenomena,and these phenomena are exactly what we need to face and try our best to dispel.For the actual society,reducing injustice as much as possible does not necessarily depend on a justice system which is still under construction.Custom,consensus,reason and morality can provide the basis for reducing injustice,so we need to devote as much attention to injustice as to the search for a just system,so as to methodologically improve the current main search for justice system and justice of the citizens of the constructivism ideas.
