摘要
随着黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展重大国家战略的深入实施,依托相关行业网站、政府网站公开的水文水资源数据,建立黄河流域水文水资源数据集成管理系统显得尤为重要。本文提出了系统建设的目标、架构,研究了系统建设的数据自动化采集、数据清洗等关键技术,阐述了系统建设的功能模块及内容,以期为实现黄河流域治理与规划发展提供基础数据支撑,为其他类似数据集成管理系统建设提供参考。
With the in-depth implementation of the major national strategy of ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin,it is particularly important to establish an integrated management system of hydrology and water resources data for the Yellow River Basin,relying on the hydrology and water resources data published by relevant industry websites and government websites.This paper proposes the objective and framework of the system construction,studies the key technologies of automatic data collection and data cleansing in the system construction,and expounds the functional modules and contents of the system construction,in order to provide basic data support for the implementation of the governance and planning development of the Yellow River Basin,and provide reference for the construction of other similar data integrated management systems.
