山西省黄河流域生态保护和水利高质量协调发展综合评估理论体系的构建

Construction of Comprehensive Evaluation Theory System of Ecological Protection and High-Quality Coordinated Development of Water Conservancy in the Yellow River Basin in Shanxi

山西省是黄河流域的重要省份之一,研究其水资源、生态保护、社会经济发展之间的相互关系,开发量化这种相互关系的指标体系,对于生态保护和水利高质量协调发展程度研究是十分必要的。本文构建了基于水资源-生态保护-社会经济的研究框架,提出了相应的综合评估理论指标体系,以期为全省黄河流域战略的实施提供科学依据,可为相关学者的研究提供参考。

As one of the important provinces in the Yellow River Basin,it is very necessary to study the relationship among water resources,ecological protection and social and economic development in Shanxi Province,and to develop an index system to quantify the relationship,so as to study the degree of ecological protection and high-quality coordinated development of water conservancy.Therefore,based on the framework of water resources-ecological protection-social economy,this paper constructs the corresponding comprehensive evaluation theoretical index system,in order to provide a scientific basis for the implementation of the Yellow River Basin strategy in the whole province,and provide reference for the research of related scholars.
