终身教育视角下新时代高校继续教育转型发展路径

The Transformation and Development Path of Continuing Education in Colleges in the New Era from the Perspective of Lifelong Education

近年来,我国经济平稳发展,产业结构逐步升级,传统高等继续教育模式已经难以适应新时代发展要求,甚至与新时代继续教育的发展趋势背道而驰。在这一背景下,高校应寻求改革传统继续教育的有效方法,通过探寻继续教育发展存在的问题,提出有针对性的解决方法,为继续教育的转型发展扫除障碍。简述终身教育视角下新时代高校继续教育转型发展的必要性与思路,探究高校继续教育转型发展存在的问题,并提出重新定位高校继续教育、转变发展模式、提升信息化水平等促进高校继续教育转型发展的路径,为增强继续教育的有效性建言献策。

In recent years,with the steady development of China’s economy and the gradual upgrading of the industrial structure,the traditional mode of higher continuing education has been difficult to adapt to the development requirements of the new era,and even runs counter to the development trend of continuing education in the new era.Under this background,colleges and universities should seek effective methods to reform traditional continuing education,and propose targeted solutions to eliminate obstacles for the transformation and development of continuing education by exploring the problems existing in the development of continuing education.This paper briefly describes the necessity and ideas of the transformation and development of continuing education in colleges and universities in the new era from the perspective of lifelong education,explores the problems in the transformation and development of continuing education in colleges and universities,and puts forward some paths to promote the transformation and development of continuing education in colleges and universities,such as repositioning continuing education in colleges and universities,changing the development model,and improving the level of information technology,so as to provide suggestions for enhancing the effectiveness of continuing education.
