摘要
教师培训迁移是改进教学、促进教师专业发展和学生全面发展的重要途径。通过质性研究发现,教师培训迁移主要存在迁移行为尚未常态化、迁移层次低以及迁移效果不显的现实问题;教师知能层面的“不会用”、情意层面的“不愿用”以及外在条件层面的“不能用”是制约教师培训迁移的主要原因。在分析教师培训迁移的现实问题以及原因的基础上,结合相关理论,从激发教师学习与应用动机、提高教师培训的实效性以及创设教师培训迁移的有益环境等三个角度提出了教师培训迁移的优化策略。
Teacher training transfer is an important way to improve teaching,promote teachers’professional development and students’all-round development.Then,according to the field survey,the practical problems in the teacher training transfer in the real situation are that the transfer behavior has not been normalized,the transfer level is low,and the transfer effect is not obvious.The main reasons that restrict the transfer of teacher training lie in teachers’limition in cognition,emotion and condition that they are not able to and willing to use it and they have no access to it.On the basis of analyzing the practical problems and causes of teacher training transfer,and based on relevant theories,this study proposes optimization strategies for teacher training transfer from three perspectives:stimulating teachers’learning and application motivation,improving the effectiveness of teacher training,and creating a beneficial environment for teacher training transfer.
