我国职业教育产教融合政策40年发展历程的回顾、审视与展望 被引量:7

The 40-year Development of the Industry-Education Integration Policy in China’s Vocational Education:Review,Examination and Prospect

摘要 实现产教融合“真融”与“真合”,需对产教融合政策进行再认识和再反思。通过文献调研,系统梳理了改革开放40多年来产教融合政策的发展历程,审视政策实际执行过程中存在的问题,发现产教融合的现实阻碍在于缺乏对利益主体权责的清晰分配、监督评估制度有待完善、调动社会有关力量参与产教融合的积极性不足等方面。为此,构建合作紧密的产教融合发展新格局,需从明确利益相关主体职责、完善产教融合监督评价机制、共建产教融合育人平台、加强高职院校内涵式建设等方面扎实推进。 To realize the“true integration”and“true cooperation”in industry-education integration,it is necessary to re-understand and re-reflect on the policy of integration of industry and education.After literature research and systematically combing the development history of the policy over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,and examining the problems in the actual implementation of the policy,it is found that the real obstacles to the integration of industry and education lie in the lack of clear distribution of rights and responsibilities of the interest subjects,the imperfect supervision and evaluation system,and the lack of enthusiasm to mobilize the relevant social forces to participate in the integration of industry and education.To this end,the construction of a new pattern of close cooperation in the development of the integration of industry and education needs to be solidly promoted in terms of clarifying the responsibilities of the main stakeholders,improving the supervision and evaluation mechanism,jointly building a platform for the integration of education and industry to educate people,and strengthening the internal construction of higher education institutions.
