教育部在20世纪中叶就逐步着手职业教育的改革,直到今天,职业教育的发展已经进入炙热化创新发展阶段,在本阶段高等职业教育特色发展过程中面临的最大问题就是高水平技术人才培养规格的问题。紧扣职业技术人才培养的意义,在分析当下高等职业技术人才培养不足的基础上,探索如何提升高等职业技术人才培养的效率,从而为振兴新时代职业教育贡献力量。

The Ministry of Education began the reform of vocational education in the middle of the 20th century.Until today,the development of vocational education has entered the stage of great innovation and development.The biggest problem in the process of the characteristic development of higher vocational education at this stage is the specifications for the training of high-level technical personnel.Focused on the significance of vocational and technical personnel training,on the basis of analyzing the deficiency of current higher vocational and technical talents training,this paper explores how to improve the efficiency of higher vocational and technical talents training,so as to contribute to the revitalization of vocational education in the new era.
