新形势下高职院校人才供给与乡村振兴人才需求有效匹配研究

A Study on the Effective Matching between the Supply of Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges and the Demand for Talents in Rural Revitalization under the New Situation

职业教育在精准扶贫、乡村振兴战略中当有更大作为。加强职业教育与农村的联系,让职业教育为农村全面可持续发展培养高素质技术技能人才、能工巧匠、大国工匠注入源源不断的人力资本和前进动力。当前高职院校毕业生面临着就业难的问题,与乡村振兴“人才荒”形成了矛盾,劳动力供给在数量、质量、结构与市场需求之间存在巨大的反差。因此,首先,探讨乡村振兴战略背景下人才需求的结构;其次,结合高职院校的实际情况,分析人才供给与乡村振兴人才需求之间不匹配的矛盾;最后,提出人才供需有效匹配的策略。这对于促进乡村三产融合、促进农民就地就近就业和创业、确保不出现规模性返贫、稳步推进乡村振兴战略具有至关重要的意义。

Vocational education should play a greater role in the strategy of targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.It is necessary to strengthen the connection between vocational education and rural areas,so that vocational education provide a steady stream of human capital and driving force to the comprehensive and sustainable development of rural areas by the training of high-quality technical and skilled personnel,skilled craftsmen,craftsmen of a great nation.However,the current higher vocational college graduates are faced with the problem of difficult employment,which is in contradiction with the talent shortage of rural revitalization,and there is a huge contrast between the quantity,quality,structure and market demand of labor supply.Therefore,this paper first discusses the structure of talent demand under the background of rural revitalization strategy,then analyzes the contradiction between talent supply and talent demand of rural revitalization on the basis of the actual situation of higher vocational colleges,and finally puts forward the strategy of effective matching between talent supply and demand.This is of great significance for promoting the integration of three industries in rural areas,promoting local employment and entrepreneurship of farmers,preventing large-scale return to poverty,and steadily promoting the strategy of rural revitalization.
