校企共生模式是立足人类命运共同体意识背景下所产生的新型校企合作理念。相对于传统校企合作,校企共生旨在促进高校与企业之间的互利共赢。在学习型社会构建背景下,全民终身学习教育体系离不开校企共生模式的推动,无论是继续教育还是职业教育发展,均可在校企共生模式下达到内涵式发展与外延拓展,还能促进全民终身学习教育体系的广泛覆盖。基于此,从不同角度详细阐述校企共生模式下全民终身学习教育体系的具体创新路径。

The university-enterprise symbiosis model is a new concept of university-enterprise cooperation based on the awareness of a community with a shared future for mankind.Compared with traditional school-enterprise cooperation,school-enterprise symbiosis aims to promote mutual benefit and win-win between universities and enterprises.In the context of building a learning society,the national lifelong learning education system cannot be separated from the promotion of the university-enterprise symbiosis model.Whether it is the development of continuing education or vocational education,it can reach the connotation development and denotation expansion under the university-enterprise symbiosis model,and it can also promote the extensive coverage of the national lifelong learning education system.Based on this,this paper elaborates the specific innovation path of the lifelong learning education system for all under the university-enterprise symbiosis model from different angles.
