Thinking about Noise Standard of Oilfields in Uganda National Park

随着非洲经济的发展,各国的石油开采也越发频繁,这对当地的自然环境也将带来一定的影响。如何在石油开采与环境保护之间寻求平衡是一个重要的课题。文章以乌干达国家公园为例,分析在生态敏感区域进行石油开采时应该执行的噪声指标,为中国石油企业面临的噪声指标选择和石油开采噪声治理提供借鉴。

With the development of African economy,the oil exploitation in countries has become more and more frequent.This will have a impact on the local natural environment.We need to find a balance between oil exploitation and environmental protection.This paper analyzes the noise indicators that should be implemented when oil exploitation in ecologically sensitive areas,such as Uganda National Park.We want to provide reference for the China’s oil enterprises which is facing selection of noise indicators and the noise control of oil exploitation.
