天然气自动化输气的探索

Exploration of Automatic Natural Gas Transmission

摘要 由于目前中国天然气输气站输气部分未建成自动控制系统或未实现自动化输气模式,随着日益增长的居民用户及各类工业用户用气需求激增,应该积极开发先进技术以实现输气自动化,助力我国“双碳”目标的实现。文章基于国内燃气自动输送现状和自动化输送模式,以城市燃气输气站为例,介绍天然气自动输送的典型案例,通过SCADA系统和PLC系统实现燃气自动输送,同时从三个方面对燃气自动输送模式进行优化和改进,确保燃气自动输送控制技术安全可靠。 At present,some of the natural gas transmission stations in China have not built automatic control systems and have not realized the automatic gas transmission mode.With the increasing demand for gas from residential users and various industrial users,advanced technologies should be actively developed to realize the automatic gas transmission and help China achieve the“double carbon”goal.Based on the current situation and automatic transmission mode of domestic gas automatic transmission,taking the urban gas transmission station as an example,this paper introduces the typical case of natural gas automatic transmission,realizes the automatic transmission of gas through SCADA system and PLC system,and optimizes and improves the automatic transmission mode of gas from three aspects to ensure the safety and reliability of the automatic transmission control technology of gas.
