摘要
聚丙烯装置CMP387型挤压造粒机在生产高熔融指数的聚丙烯时容易出现缠刀、垫刀、拖尾、灌肠等问题,文章结合挤压机在不同熔融指数产品的运行工况,优化开车参数及开车方法,在挤压造粒机入口增加开车粉料罐。以上措施顺利解决了生产高熔融指数产品过程中挤压造粒机异常停车后重新开车的难题,确保挤压造粒系统顺利的运行。
In the production of polypropylene with high melt index,the CMP387 type extrusion granulator is prone to problems such as winding knife,cushion knife,tailing,enema,etc.In this paper,combined with the operating conditions of the extruders in different melt index products,the start-up parameters and start-up methods were optimized,and the start-up powder tank was added at the entrance of the extruders.The above measures successfully solved the problem of restarting the extruders after abnormal shutdown during the production of high melt index products,and ensured the smooth operation of the granulation system.
