瑞香狼毒根中总黄酮类化合物提取工艺的研究

Study on Extraction Technology of Total Flavonoids from Stellera Chamaejasme L Root

以瑞香狼毒根中总黄酮类化合物为研究对象,对加热回流提取,超声辅助提取和索氏提取三种方法进行了比较,筛选出最佳提取方法为索氏提取。研究了提取温度,料液比,乙醇浓度和提取时间对提取率的影响。通过正交试验确定了最佳提取条件为料液比1∶30,乙醇浓度95%,提取时间4 h,提取温度80℃。在该条件下,瑞香狼毒根中总黄酮类化合物的提取率为1.64%。

The total flavonoid compounds in the root of Stellera chamaejasme L as the research object,three methods of heating reflux extraction,ultrasonic-assisted extraction and Soxhlet extraction were compared,and the best extraction method was selected as Soxhlet extraction.The effects of extraction temperature,ratio of material to liquid,ethanol concentration and extraction time on the extraction rate were studied.The optimum extraction conditions were obtained by orthogonal test as follows:the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶30,the concentration of ethanol was 95%,the extraction time was 4h and the extraction temperature was 80℃.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of total flavonoids from the root of Stellera chamaejasme L was 1.64%.
