中职本科“3+4”衔接电子类人才培养模式研究

摘要 职教改革背景下传统人才培养模式已经无法满足人才发展需求,得益于“3+4”衔接人才培养模式的提出,促使中职人才培养局限得以打破,进而实现立足于本科层次来促进人才培养模式的转变与创新,其不仅为优秀中职人才提供接受高等教育的契机,亦可促进专业人才高质量、高素质、技术型培养目标的达成。文章从“3+4”衔接人才模式优势分析入手,在此基础上阐明电子信息工程专业实施“3+4”衔接人才培养模式的有效路径。 Under the background of vocational education reform,the application of traditional talent training mode can not meet the needs of talent development.Thanks to the proposed“3+4”connection training mode,the previous limitations of secondary vocational talent training have been broken through,and the transformation and innovation of talent training mode based on the undergraduate level have been realized.It not only provides opportunities for excellent secondary vocational talents to receive higher education,but also promotes high-quality,multi quality The achievement of technical training objectives.Based on the analysis of the advantages of the“3+4”connection mode,this paper clarifies the effective path for the electronic information engineering specialty to implement the“3+4”connection talent training mode.
