一种芯片智能检测系统的开发与设计

摘要 芯片智能检测系统是用于PA芯片寿命和性能的检测,保存、追溯管理与信息服务,开发此类快捷、高效的智慧检测系统以填补市场空白,具有首创性。相较于目前市场上人工检测5()%准确率以及每月千余片的检测量,本系统能达到98%的准确率,每月检测芯片数量不仅大大提升,同时PA芯片分类效率也不断提高。此外,利用信息技术实现了对检测芯片数据的可追溯管理,以提供权威、真实、透明的数据服务。未来其将迅速打开国内多元检测市场,致力于提供芯片检测智慧解决方案。 The chip intelligent detection system is used for the detection,storage,traceability management and information service of the life and performance of PA chips.The development of such fast and efficient intelligent detection system to fill the market gap is pioneering.Compared with the current 50%accuracy rate of manual detection in the market and the detection volume of more than 1000 chips per month,the system can achieve 98%accuracy rate.The number of chips detected per month is not only greatly improved,but also the efficiency of PA chip classification is constantly improved.At the same time,we use information technology to realize the tracea bility management of the detection chip data and provide authoritative,authentic and transparent data services.In the next three years,it will rapidly open up the domestic multiple detection market and devote itself to providing smart solutions for chip detection.
