摘要
粉丝社群以其高组织性、高度的认同感、高效的行动力活跃在互联网上,并且延伸到现实生活中。粉丝社群的构建与经营对图书馆用户发展、用户研究、流通推广和参考咨询等用户服务工作具有借鉴意义。采用对比分析和内容分析方法,将粉丝社群的组织方式应用于图书馆用户服务,可以建设图书馆用户社群,构建新型用户服务模式。图书馆应打破传统的用户服务方式,借鉴粉丝社群逐渐成熟的发展模式,构建图书馆用户社群,为用户创造与馆员交互的网络场景。
The fan community is active on the internet with its high organization,high sense of identity,and efficient mobility,and extends to real life.The construction and operation of fan communities have reference significance for user service work such as library user development,user research,circulation promotion,and reference consultation.By using comparative analysis and.content analysis methods,applying the organizational approach of fan communities to library user services can build a library user community and construct a new user service model.Libraries should break away from traditional user service methods,learn from the gradually mature development model of fan communities,build library user com munities,and create network scenarios for users to interact with librarians.
