“体医融合”复合型人才培养困境与实现路径探究

Exploration on the Dilemma and Realization Path of the Training of"Sports-Medicine Integration"Compound Talents

随着健康中国战略步伐加快,“体医融合”逐步成为缓解我国慢性病持续高发和老龄化日益加重的有效举措,并形成了一套较好的健康促进体系。但是,当下由于复合型人才的缺失,成为“体医融合”推进的一大障碍。因此,积极探索一条复合型人才培养的路径成为亟待解决的现实问题。该文从学校、社会、市场3个层面,对思想认识、培养模式、目标定位、任职能力、就业渠道、资源配置等问题进行了探索,旨在为“体医融合”复合型人才培养提供路径支撑,为健康中国战略顺利推进提供一定助力。

With the acceleration of the Healthy China strategy,"sports-medicine integration"has gradually become an effective measure to alleviate the continuous high incidence of chronic diseases and the increasing aging in China,and a better health promotion system has also been formed.However,at present,the lack of compound talents has become a major obstacle to the promotion of"sports-medicine integration".Therefore,actively exploring a path to cultivate compound talents has become a practical problem to be solved.This paper explores the ideological understanding,training mode,target orientation,working ability,employment channel,resource allocation and other problems from three levels of school,society and market,aiming to provide a path support for the training of"sports-medicine integration"compound talents and provide certain help for the smooth promotion of the Healthy China strategy.
