Winning Factors and Practical Considerations for the Women's Ice Hockey Event at the Winter Olympics

该文采用文献资料、数理统计、相关性和多元线性回归分析等研究方法,对包括近4届冬奥会女子冰球项目比赛的常规数据指标进行分析,旨在发现其与冬奥会的比赛名次和获胜率之间的关系。研究发现,射门成功率、场均射门次数、守门员扑救率、多打少和少防多成功率与奥运会比赛名次和获胜率呈显著相关性;与比赛名次关系较为密切的指标主要是射门成功率、多打少成功率和场均射门次数;与队伍获胜率高度相关的是射门成功率;而相比名次,守门员因素与比赛胜负的关系更为密切。此外,还发现射门技术水平是影响比赛成绩的关键,而增加射门次数,提高射门质量是获取优异成绩的主要途径。

This paper uses the research methods such as literature,mathematical statistics,and correlation and multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the conventional data indicators of women's ice hockey competitions in the last four Winter Olympics,aiming to find out the relationship between them and the competition ranking and winning rate of the Winter Olympics.The study finds that the success rate of shooting,average number of shots per game,goalkeeper save rate and success rate of power play and penalty killing were significantly correlated with the competition ranking and winning rate of the Olympics,the indicators closely related to the competition ranking were mainly the success rate of shooting,success rate of power play,and number of shots per game,the success rate of shooting was highly related to the team's winning rate,and the goalkeeper factor was more closely correlated with the outcome of the game than the ranking.It is also found that the level of shooting technique was the key to affecting the competition results,and increasing the number of shots and improving the quality of shooting were main ways to achieve superior results.
