普通高等学校武术散打课程建设与教学改革研究

Research on the Construction and Teaching Reform of Wushu Sanda Courses in Colleges and Universities

该文运用文献资料法、实地考察法、专家访谈法、实践操作等研究方法,对普通高等学校武术散打课程建设与教学改革进行研究。调查发现,散打课程存在教材与教学资源不完善;教学中缺乏系统的理论知识与思政教学;师资匮乏,教学内容与方法较单一;课程教学无延续,评价过于单一等问题。在实践中,通过建立民族体育传统课组,将思政育人与实践紧密融合,完善课程教学内容体系,加强课程资源培育,具有高阶性、创造性、挑战性特点,注重课程评价方法多样化,课堂与课下联动,推动终身体育事业的发展,有利于各高校推广和实践。

This paper uses the methods of literature,field investigation,expert interview and practical operation to study the construction and teaching reform of Wushu Sanda courses in colleges and universities.The investigation finds that there are some problems in Sanda courses,such as imperfect teaching materials and teaching resources,lack of systematic theoretical knowledge and ideological and political teaching in teaching,lack of teachers,relatively single teaching content and methods,no continuation of course teaching and too single evaluation.In practice,the reform practice closely integrates ideological and political education with practice by establishing a national traditional sports course group,improves the teaching content system of the curriculum,and strengthens the cultivation of curriculum resources,and it has the characteristics of high order,creativity and challenge,and focuses on the diversification of curriculum evaluation methods and the linkage between classroom and off-class to promote the development of lifelong sports through,which is conducive to the promotion and practice in colleges and universities.
