我国竞技体育跨项选材的内涵、规律与实施条件

Connotation,Law and Implementation Condition of Cross-Event Selection of Competitive Sports in China

该文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法,对我国竞技体育跨项选材的内涵、基本规律和实施条件进行分析。研究结果表明:我国竞技体育跨项选材是在传统选材和相关运动训练学理论的基础上,借鉴国外成功经验而形成的创新选材方式,有利于扩宽运动员的成才之路。我国竞技体育跨项选材的基本规律是:借助身体素质优势,由基础大项跨向其他项目;根据项目特点和制胜规律,在同项群内跨项;依据竞技能力迁移规律,由早期专项跨向晚期专项;抓住关键技术环节,在奥运项目之间跨项。我国竞技体育跨项选材的实施条件是:前期进行多项训练、选材要求科学、跨项比赛合理、借鉴成功案例经验、拥有有利的政策支持。

The connotation,basic law and implementation condition of cross-event selection of competitive sports in China are analyzed by using the literature method,logical analysis method and other methods.The research results show that the cross-event selection of competitive sports in China is an innovative selection method formed by drawing on foreign successful experience on the basis of traditional selection and related sports training theories,which is conducive to broadening the road of athletes'success.The basic laws of cross-event selection of competitive sports in China are crossing from the basic major events to other events with the advantage of physical fitness,crossing events within the same event group according to the characteristics of events and the winning law,crossing from early special events to late special events according to the migration law of competitive ability,and crossing between Olympic events by grasping the key technical links.The implementation conditions for cross-event selection of competitive sports in China are multiple training in the early stage,scientific selection requirements,reasonable cross-event competitions,learning from successful case experience and having favorable policy support.
