越南足球青训崛起对中国足球青训的启示

Enlightenment of the Rise of Vietnamese Football Youth Training to Chinese Football Youth Training

该文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法对越南足球后备人才培养状况进行研究。研究发现,越南足球青训崛起秉持着“精英培养”理念,采用请进来与走出去相结合的培养模式培养青少年球员;搭建全国青少年5级竞赛体系;形成流畅的人才选拔体系;构建以国家足球联合会为主导的管理体制,最终形成良好的格局,使得青少年人才培养取得良好成效。对我国青少年足球发展的启示:确立正确的发展理念,优化青少年人才培养路径,营造良好的人才选拔环境,加强教练员培养的规范性和专业性。

The methods of literature review and expert interview are used to study the training of Vietnamese football reserve talents.The study finds that the rise of Vietnamese football youth adheres to the concept of"elite training"and adopts a training model that combines inviting in with going out to train young players,builds a national youth 5-level competition system,forms a smooth talent selection system,and builds a management system led by the national football federation to eventually from a good pattern,so that young talent training can achieve good results.The enlightenment for Chinese youth soccer development is to establish the correct development idea,optimize the path of youth talent training,create a good environment of talent training,and strengthen the standardization and specialization of coach training.
