中学体能健康课程体系构建研究

摘要 中学阶段是学生体能发展的重要时期,构建体能健康课程适合当前中学体育课程体系的目标指向。该研究以阶梯式终身体能教育模式、体能金字塔模型、体能发展“窗口期”等为理论基础,并在运动生理学、运动训练学等专业理论指导下,充分考虑中学生体能发展特点,从中学体能健康课程目标设计、内容设计和评价方法设计3个方面进行深入探讨,以期为一线学校开展和实施体能教育课程提供借鉴,更好地促进中学生体能健康发展。 The middle school stage is an important period for students'physical development,and the construction of a physical health curriculum is suitable for the goal of the current middle school physical education curriculum system.Taking the stepped lifelong physical education model,physical fitness pyramid model,and"window period"of physical fitness development as the theoretical basis,under the guidance of professional theories such as exercise physiology and sports training,this study fully considers the characteristics of the physical development of middle school students,discusses in depth the goal design,content design,and evaluation method design of the physical fitness curriculum in middle schools,in order to provide reference for the development and implementation of physical education curriculum in first-line schools and better promote the healthy development of middle school students'physical fitness.
