生命健康共同体视域下休闲体育与中医药协同发展的困境与路径

Dilemma and Path of the Coordinated Development of Leisure Sports and Traditional Chinese Medicine under the Perspective of Life and Health Community

休闲体育与中医药产业融合能优化健康资源配置,满足社会发展水平和民众生活需求,提升体育服务健康效率,筑构新型健康生活方式。以生活为归属,促进休闲体育与中医药服务健康的生活化;通过以产业为核心,以医疗为中心,以运动为手段,以人为本的整体价值,提升全民健康水平。该文运用文献资料法、跨学科研究法和逻辑分析法等方法,分析了我国休闲体育与中医药产业融合发展的制约因素及路径选择。研究梳理出了融合发展的制约因素:在产业间政策体系、管理制度和标准方面,构成一定的门槛和鸿沟;产业组织结构落后,未能形成多元化体系;人才、观念方面,传承与创新双匮乏以及缺乏转变健康服务方式的意识。研究认为:深入挖掘相融产业间潜在的体育科学服务于健康的价值,以适应时代的绿色产业,科学地渗透,以达到身心健康的目的,使休闲体育与中医药产业创新性协同发展,前瞻规划激发活力,积极打造养生胜地;体医融合协调发展,建立教育教学现代化服务平台;降低门槛筑巢引凤,引导健康产业有序落地,适时评估合理调配,完善融合人才使用及流动配置。政策监督行业的信用,相互融合,达到共同促进,从而把人民对美好生活的向往变成现实,助推构建人类健康共同体。

The integration of leisure sports and traditional Chinese medicine industry can optimize the allocation of health resources,meet the needs of the level of social development and people's living,improve the efficiency of sports services and health,and build a new and healthy lifestyle.Promote the life of leisure sports and traditional Chinese medicine service and health through life as the belonging,and improve the health level of the whole people through the overall value of industry as the core,medical care as the center,sports as the means and people as the orientation.This paper uses the literature method,interdisciplinary research method and logic analysis method to analyze the restriction factors and path selection of leisure sports and traditional Chinese medicine industry in China.The research has sorted out the constraints of integrated development:There are certain thresholds and gaps in terms of the policy system,management system and standard among industries,the organizational structure of the industry is backward and fails to form a diversified system,and there is a lack of inheritance and innovation and a lack of transformation of health service mode in terms of talents and concepts.The research believes that we should deeply explore the potential value of sports science serving health among the integrated industries,scientifically penetrate with the green industry adapt to the times to achieve the purpose of physical and mental health,make the innovative and coordinated development of leisure sports and TCM industry,stimulate vitality with forwardlooking planning,actively build health resorts,coordinate development with the integration of sports and medicine to establish a modernization service platform of education and teaching,lower the threshold to build nests to attract phoenixes to guide the orderly landing of health industry,and timely evaluate and reasonably allocate to improve and integrate the use and flow allocation of talents.The credit of the policy supervision industry is integrated with each other to achieve joint promotion,so as to turn the people's yearning for a better life into reality and promote the construction of a community of human health.
