摘要
万事开头难,网球课也是如此,若有个好的开始,就可以让网球教学变得轻松。该文从成就动机理论视角来分析网球教练上第一次课时如何设计教学的动机气氛,一开始就为青少年网球学习和训练创造积极的运动训练气氛,并提供了一些具体的策略,帮助教练从与运动员见面的第一天开始培养内在动机,为团队建立积极的训练氛围。具体来说,策略侧重于帮助运动员更好地了解彼此,根据他们的努力和进步来衡量他们的成功,并让父母参与进来,形成良好的支持性环境,成为孩子运动经历的一部分。
Everything is difficult at the beginning,so is tennis class,and a good start can make tennis teaching easy.From the perspective of achievement motivation theory,this paper analyzes how tennis coaches design the motivational atmosphere of teaching for the first class to create a positive and supportive sports training atmosphere for juvenile tennis learning and training from the beginning,and provides some specific strategies to help coaches cultivate their intrinsic motivation from the first day of meeting with athletes and establish a positive motivational atmosphere for the team.Specifically,the strategy focuses on helping athletes better understand each other and measuring their success according to their efforts and progress,and involves their parents in creating a good supportive environment to become part of their children's sports experience.
