红色体育精神是一种优质的体育教育资源,与中小学生体育品德的形成具有天然联系,是中小学体育教学的重要组成部分,是人们取之不尽、用之不竭的宝贵精神财富,它将是实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦和建设体育强国的强大精神动力。该文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,深入挖掘红色体育精神的内涵,分析红色体育精神融入中小学体育教学的基本原则及时代价值,最后提出红色体育精神融入中小学体育教学的路径,以学生发展为主体,以教育教学为手段,以红色体育为桥梁,以课程改革为载体,旨在为红色体育精神在体育课程教学中的传承与弘扬创造丰富的条件。

The spirit of red sports is a kind of high-quality physical education resource,has a natural connection with the formation of physical morality of primary and secondary school students,is an important part of PE teaching in primary and secondary schools,and is our inexhaustible precious spiritual wealth for people,which will be a powerful spiritual driving force for achieving the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and building a strong sports country.This article uses the literature method,logic analysis method and other research methods to deeply excavate the connotation of the spirit of red sports,analyze the basic principle and the value of times of integrating the spirit of red sports into PE teaching in primary and secondary schools,and finally put forward the path of integrating the spirit of red sports into PE teaching in primary and secondary schools,with students'development as the main body,teaching as the means,red sports as a bridge,and curriculum reform as the carrier,aiming to create rich conditions for the inheritance and promotion of the spirit of red sports in PE teaching.
