摘要
无人机控制系统作为无人机的核心部分,其运行状态对无人机的飞行安全有着直接的影响。而无人机控制系统在应用过程中存在许多故障诊断问题,基于此该文提出一种应用于无人机控制系统的智能故障诊断系统,以此可以促进无人机控制系统的故障诊断率和准确性得到提升,有效保障无人机飞行的安全。该文先对故障诊断技术的概念进行简单分析,接着针对无人机控制系统的结构和功能及智能故障诊断需求进行全面分析,实现智能故障诊断系统设计。并从系统主要功能模块和软硬件方面对智能故障诊断系统进行设计,最后经实验测试证明,该文设计的智能故障诊断系统,可以实现对无人机控制系统的故障问题进行全面诊断,以此证明该系统设计的可行性。
As the core part of UAV,the operation state of UAV control system has a direct impact on the flight safety of UAV.However,there are many fault diagnosis problems in the application process of UAV control system.Based on this,this paper proposes an intelligent fault diagnosis system applied to UAV control system,which can promote the fault diagnosis rate and accuracy of UAV control system and effectively ensure the safety of UAV flight.In this paper,the concept of fault diagnosis technology is first described with simple parameters,and then the structure and function of UAV control system and the requirements of intelligent fault diagnosis are comprehensively analyzed to realize the design of intelligent fault diagnosis system.The intelligent fault diagnosis system is designed from the main functional modules and software and hardware aspects of the system.Finally,the experimental test proves that the intelligent fault diagnosis system designed in this paper can achieve a comprehensive diagnosis of the fault problems of the UAV control system,which proves the feasibility of the system design.
