BIM技术在木结构文保建筑修复中的应用

“信息化建筑模型”简称BIM,在发达国家已经被广泛运用且技术较为成熟。其能够根据已有的建筑信息创建出信息化建筑模型。这些数据信息能够被方便地提取、统计整理及管理,所以能够在建筑全生命周期中发挥重要作用。传统木结构文保建筑修复加固过程主要以匠人经验判断,并不具备一定的科学性、完整性。该文以南京市浦口区大马路15号文保建筑BIM模型的建立为基础,对BIM技术的优点及实际运用进行分析,展示信息化模型在木结构文保建筑修复中所发挥的作用。

"Building Information Modeling",referred to as BIM,has been widely used in developed countries.With relatively mature technologies,it can create an information-based building model according to the building information have obtained.These data and information can be easily extracted,statistically sorted out and managed,so they can play an important role in the whole life cycle of the building.The repair and reinforcement process of traditional wooden structure cultural preservation building is mainly judged by the experience of craftsmen,and does not have a certain degree of science and integrity.Based on the establishment of BIM of No.15 buildingon Dama Rd.,Pukou District,Nanjing,this paper analyzes the advantages and practical application of BIM technology,and shows the role of information model in the restoration of timber structure cultural protection building.
