摘要 随着风力发电技术的发展,越来越多的风电场投入了运营。无论是风电场的建设,还是风力发电机组的开发,都在快速迭代和发展中。根据风电场规模的不同,风机监控系统所需要接入的风力发电机组的数据量会有较大波动,尤其是在集电线路繁多的项目中会有更多的数据需要接入风机监控系统中,也有更多的光缆和设备需要在风力发电机组的远程通信柜中安装。为了适应项目上的不同需求,远程通信柜内的布局会有不同的变化。为了加快设计和生产的进度,提高二次屏柜在风电场的适应能力,需要设计一种内部为多结构的风力发电机组远程通信柜。主要阐述了一种内部结构在设计阶段可根据需要变化的风力发电机组远程通信柜,如基础通信柜、光纤配线通信柜、交换机通信柜以及服务器通信柜等的设计方法,分析该设计在实际项目中的应用。 With the development of wind power technology,more and more wind farms have been put into operation.Both the construction of wind farms and the development of wind turbines are in rapid iteration and development.Depending on the scale of the wind farm,the data volume of the wind turbine generator set that the wind turbine monitoring system needs to access will fluctuate greatly,especially in projects with many power collection lines,more data will need to be connected to the wind turbine monitoring system,and more optical cables and equipment will need to be installed in the remote communication cabinet of the wind turbine generator set.In order to meet the different needs of the project,the layout of the remote communication cabinet will vary.In order to speed up the progress of design and production and improve the adaptability of the secondary panel cabinet in the wind farm,it is necessary to design a remote communication cabinet for wind turbine generators with multiple internal structures.This paper mainly describes the design method of a remote communication cabinet of wind turbine generator unit whose internal structure can be changed according to the needs in the design stage,analyse the application of such design in the actual project.
