Attracting first-rate talents is a key measure for the rapid development and rise of world-class universities.Greater demands have been placed on the talent introduction in science and engineering universities,under the talent evaluation systems reform in the new era.Various universities have actively explored personnel system reform and talent team building.On the basis of analyzing the problems and challenges in talent introduction in current science and engineering universities,exploration and research has been conducted on the present talent introduction work.
