摘要
三峡库区秭归县茅坪镇陈家坝居民点高切坡是修建移民安置点时形成的,切坡分布在移民房屋内侧,由两段切坡构成,该高切坡危害对象为高切坡周边居民的生命财产即公路同行安全,因此对该高切坡进行工程治理是十分必要的。文章运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价构建了风险因素指标体系,对风险等级进行赋值并基于最大隶属度原则确定工程项目的风险等级,选取相应的风险应对措施,减小事故发生的概率。
The high cut slope of Chenjiaba residential area in Maoping Town,Zigui County,Three Gorges Reservoir Area was formed during the construction of resettlement sites.The cut slope is distributed on the inner side of resettlement houses and consists of two sections of cut slopes.The high cut slope poses a threat to the lives and property of residents around the high cut slope,that is,the safety of the highway.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out engineering treatment on this high cut slope.The article uses Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to construct a risk factor indicator system,assigns risk levels,and determines the risk level of engineering projects based on the principle of maximum membership.Corresponding risk response measures are selected to reduce the probability of accidents.
