摘要
老城区用地更新升级成为提升城市竞争力的关键问题,道路作为用地服务功能的重要载体,往往需要结合用地调整制定相应的改建方案。结合南昌市大市场东路改建的实际场景,总结了该类项目需要考虑的共性问题。通过本项目方案的介绍,提供相应问题的解决思路,并取得了不错的实施效果,可供类似工程项目参考。
The renewal and adjustment of land use in old town has become a key issue to enhance the competitiveness of the city.As an important carrier of land use service function,roads often need to formulate corresponding reconstruction scheme combinating with the renewal and adjustment of land use.This paper summarized some common issues that need to be considered and the solution of each issue in such projects,combined with the actual scene of the reconstruction of the East Dashichang Road in Nanchang,which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
