从设计角度谈市政工程造价的影响因素及有效控制措施

Discussion on the Influencing Factors and Effective Control Measures of Municipal Engineering Cost from a Design Perspective

工程造价控制的有效手段是将工程项目按照不同阶段进行划分,针对不同阶段分别制定控制措施,从而使工程造价得到有效控制。本文从设计角度出发,结合工程项目实际,利用灰色关联分析法对市政工程造价的影响因素进行分析,并从项目启动阶段、设计阶段分别论述了造价的有效控制措施。

The effective means of engineering cost control is to divide the engineering project into different stages and develop control measures for each stage,in order to effectively control the engineering cost.This article starts from a design perspective and combines the actual situation of engineering projects to analyze the influencing factors of municipal engineering costs using the grey correlation analysis method.Effective cost control measures are discussed from the project initiation stage and design stage,respectively.
