顶管工程逆作井施工工艺以及稳定性分析

摘要 工作井的建造在整个顶管工程中耗时最长,花费最多,它直接承受了顶管施工过程中的顶进力,一旦其稳定性受到影响,会使管道的顶进发生偏移,甚至引发工程事故。本文从倒挂工作井的施工工艺出发,采用公式法计算顶管工作井所能提供的顶进反力,能够在工程前期通过勘测数据预测工作井受力状态,从而对其进行稳定性分析,并通过与后续实际施工状况对比,所得结果与实际相符。说明该方法可以有效预测工作井在稳定的前提下所能提供的顶进反力,能够指导后续工作井的设计。 The construction of the working well takes the longest time and costs the most in the whole pipe jacking project.It directly bears the jacking force during the pipe jacking construction.Once its stability is affected,the pipe jacking will be offset,and even cause engineering accidents.Based on the construction technology of the inverted working well,this paper uses the formula method to calculate the stress state of the pipe jacking working well.In the early stage of the project,the stability state of the working well can be predicted through the survey data,and by comparing with the subsequent actual construction situation,the results obtained are not much different from the actual situation.It shows that this method can effectively predict the jacking force provided by the working well,and can provide reference for the design of subsequent working wells.
