来华留学生跨文化交际能力培养策略研究

Strategies for Cultivating Intercultural Communication Competence of International Students

在高等教育国际化背景下,如何高质量发展来华留学生教育是高校面临的重要课题。注重培养来华留学生跨文化交际能力,将有效解决他们面临的跨文化问题,提升我国教育的竞争力和国际影响力,促进中国文化的国际传播。研究基于跨文化教育的指导原则,从课程、课堂与实践教学三个方面提出来华留学生跨文化交际能力培养策略:创新开发文化和跨文化交际课程,课堂融入跨文化教育理念,以及构建完善跨文化交际实践平台。

In the context of higher education internationalization,how to develop high-quality education for international students in China is an important issue for colleges and universities.Cultivation of the intercultural communication competence of international students in China will effectively solve the cross-cultural problems they are facing,enhance students competitiveness and international influence of Chinese education,and promote the international communication of Chinese culture.Based on the guiding principles of intercultural education,three strategies are proposed for intercultural communication competence cultivation of international students from the three aspects of curriculum,classroom and practice teaching:innovating and developing Chinese culture and intercultural communication courses,integrating intercultural education idea into classrooms,and perfecting intercultural communication practice platforms.
