幼儿园教师队伍建设现状及发展前瞻 ——基于江西省16个样本县(市、区)的调查 被引量:2

摘要 通过对江西省11个设区市16个样本县(市、区)的调查,发现幼儿教师队伍建设成绩显著,基本满足学前教育事业快速发展的需要,但数量不足、队伍不稳问题突出;幼儿教师专业素养有较大提升,基本满足教育教学的需要,但教师资质结构不优,整体素质仍偏低;幼儿教师参加培训的机会增多,培训对教师进德修业起到了积极作用,但培训形式和内容仍相对滞后;幼儿教师社会地位有一定提高,但政策性制约因素仍有待破解,教师获得感、成就感和幸福感有待提高;大多数幼儿教师有提高业务素质的热切期盼,但由于非教学负担重、缺乏专业引领等,发展乏力。相应地,按照问题导向原则,应从构建政策和制度体系、优化教育生态环境、完善教师队伍结构、提升教师队伍素质等多方面综合施策。 Through the survey of 16 sample counties(cities and districts)in 11 cities divided into districts in Jiangxi Province,it is found that the construction of preschool teachers has made remarkable achievements,basically meeting the needs of the rapid development of preschool education,but the number is insufficient and the team is unstable;The professional quality of preschool teachers has been greatly improved,basically meeting the needs of education and teaching,but the structure of teachers qualifications is not good,and the overall quality is still low;Kindergarten teachers have more opportunities to participate in training,which has played a positive role in teachers moral education,but the training form and content are still relatively lagging behind;The social status of preschool teachers has improved to a certain extent,but the policy constraints still need to be solved,and teachers sense of gain,sense of achievement and sense of happiness need to be improved;Most preschool teachers are eager to improve their professional quality,but due to heavy non teaching burden,lack of professional guidance and other reasons,the development is weak.Accordingly,according to the problem-oriented principle,we should take comprehensive measures from many aspects,such as building the policy and system,optimizing the educational ecological environment,improving the structure of teachers,and improving the quality of teachers.
