摘要
研究了隧道掘进机(tunnel boring machine,TBM)适应性评价指标的选取,对TBM地质适应性评价进行了分析。进行TBM定量化选型对提高TBM的掘进效率、控制TBM施工风险有着重要的意义。选取对TBM类型较为敏感的7个指标构建评价指标体系,并进行了等级划分。运用乘法将层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)和熵权法(entropy weight,EW)归一化确定综合权重,构建了各指标的单指标隶属度函数,并计算出各指标的综合测度评价向量;为了优化未确知测度置信度识别准则,引进集对分析关联系数定量给出了各类型TBM适应性等级,通过比较分析发现均达到TBM选型的目的。对3个TBM隧道进行适应性评价和选型,选型结果与实际项目选型结果一致,说明该模型可以作为TBM选型的一种依据。
The selection of adaptability evaluation index of tunnel boring machine(TBM)and the evaluation of geological adaptability of TBM are studied.It is of great significance to study the selection of TBM adaptability evaluation index,geological adaptability evaluation and quantitative TBM selection for improvement of TBM driving efficiency and control of TBM construction risk.Seven indexes sensitive to TBM type are selected to build the evaluation index system,and the grade is divided.Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight(EW)are normalized to determine the comprehensive weight by means of multiplication.The single index membership function of each index is constructed and the comprehensive measure evaluation vector of each index is calculated.In order to optimize the recognition criteria of the confidence degree of the unascertained measure,the adaptability grade of each type of TBM is given quantitatively by introducing the correlation coefficient of set pair analysis.Through comparative analysis,the purpose of TBM selection is achieved.The adaptability evaluation and selection of three TBM tunnels are carried out,and the selection results are consistent with the actual project selection results,which shows that the model can be used as a basis for TBM selection.
