摘要
锭型偏析是钢和合金中常见的凝固组织缺陷,本文以低合金钢27SiMn为研究对象,利用数值模拟软件DEFORM-3D模拟了5t钢锭锻造Φ300mm棒材过程中锭型偏析的演变规律,为探索通过锻造工艺优化控制合金锭型偏析在成品锻材上的分布提供了参考。
Type ingot segregation is the solidified structure of common defects in steel and alloy,with 27SiMn low alloy steel as the research object,this paper using numerical simulation software DEFORM 3 d simulation of the 5 t ingot forging 300 mm bar type ingot segregation in the process of evolution,to explore through forging process optimization control type alloy ingot segregation in the distribution of the finished forging material provides the reference.
